November 2001 DMDA Toledo and DMDA Ohio held their Annual Dinner October 16th at the Clarion Wesgate. National DMDA Exeuctive Director Lydia Lewis was the keynote speaker.

Jared Dean Sherman, Generation Y Youth Depression Awareness and Suicide Prevention Program Member; Special Recognition of Community Service

Mental Health Voter Empowerment Coalition |
Organization News DMDA Toledo is proud to have been a part of the Mental Health Voter Empowerment Coalition this year. The coalition hosted candidates forums for the local elections. Turn out and media coverage was GREAT! Other participating organizations were: The Alliance for the Mentally Ill of Greater Toledo, The Consumers Union of Lucas County, and the Mental Health Association of Lucas County.
